The metal shop at 16 Tonnes is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with TIG, MIG, Stick, and flux core welders. We can work with any material from stainless and aluminium to cold rolled steel. The materials we use are as diverse as the ideas themselves!

Plasma Cutting is a profile cutting technique which can cut through any conductive metal. This includes metals like steel, aluminium, brass, titanium and copper - both thick or thin. We use this technique to manufacture all manner of metal objects such as gates, signage and sculpture.

Our shop fabricates metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling processes. We employ a multitude of processes, including welding, cutting, forming and machining.
